Hello, I'm
Adam...

I am  a physiotherapist & performance specialist who is deeply passionate about health, fitness and performance. Guided by evidence and applied with experience, my approach considers the whole person not just the training.

 

With 10+ years combined experienced within physiotherapy, coaching and massage therapy. Teaming up with athletes and general fitness enthusiasts with vigour and determination creating life changing results via 1-1 and online coaching.

 

My aim is to support people to achieve their athletic potential, and my mission is to change the model of health and performance through redesign, reengineering and architecture.

Joining the athlete club was invaluable, Adam’s sheer dedication to share the knowledge with me in a digestible way so I can apply to my training and sport. Adam is also very attentive and understanding. I started seeing improvements in no time to where I even scored my debut goal being a month into the program!

By having Adam as a personal trainer he's got me into the gym, which I'd never done before. He's very passionate about fitness and after assessing my fitness properly has made a great programme that I can follow that suits me. He's made me think differently about exercise, it's not a chore and there are so many benefits, which can help with your day to day life.

After an introduction call and an in person assessment, I received a personalised online plan from Adam, tailored to my needs. Within the last three months my back has got so much stronger and better. I am finally confident again to train at full capacity.
